Conversion 1, which wrapped up in October, included our customers in Georgia and Michigan that were the first to experience the migration to new, purpose-built systems. Conversion 2 and Conversion 3 are scheduled to begin in the first half of 2025 and will include customers in the remaining states that we service. Due to this transition some customers may temporarily need to use multiple systems based on their services.
