Getting help with your 4G Voice

Have questions about your new Brightspeed 4G Voice device? We can help. Use the guide below for answers to some common troubleshooting questions.

The equipment will be shipped directly to your address and should arrive within 3 business days. Self-install instructions will be included with the device. You will also receive an email with your order confirmation, as well as additional information about your new 4G Voice service. 

You should have received an email with tracking information for your device— make sure to check your spam folder. The device should arrive within 3 business days, but if you don’t receive your device in a timely manner, please contact us at 833-692-7773 (MYBRSPD). 

We recommend installing your new 4G Voice device as soon as it arrives, and it will activate once you install it. You’ll find easy to follow self-install instructions that walk you through how to set up your new device inside the box in which your equipment was shipped to you. You can also find those instructions here.

This means that you have a new voicemail. To access your voicemail, press *98 from your phone handset, or call your 10-digit 4G Voice number from another phone.

  • This means that you may have poor connection. Try moving the device to a location where the signal is stronger, near a window or open space. Avoid closets, basements, wardrobes, and other closed-off spaces.

  • Verify that there is power to the outlet.

  • Ensure that you are using the power adapter that was provided with the device.

  • Try moving the device to a new location, near a window, or open space.
