Frequently Asked Questions

We’re on a mission to bring more connectivity to America. We believe where you choose to call home shouldn’t limit your options—and we’re building the infrastructure to provide millions of homes with fast, reliable internet.

With an agreement reached in August 2021 between Connect Holding and Lumen Technologies—through funds managed by Apollo Global Management—Brightspeed was formed to build a fiber network that will serve more than 6 million homes and businesses in 20 states across the Midwest and Southeast.

On October 3, 2022, all CenturyLink and Quantum Fiber customers officially became Brightspeed customers and all your account information has been transferred.

Go to your Brightspeed login page and log in with your existing Quantum Fiber username. The first time you visit, you’ll have to reset your current password for security reasons. With that, your transition to Brightspeed Fiber will be complete and you’ll now be able to log in with your email username and new password.

Go to your Brightspeed login page and log in with the same email username and password you created when you set up your new Brightspeed Fiber account. If you have not yet created your new account, you can set it up now.

Brightspeed Fiber customers are among the three million homes where our growing fiber network is available. Brightspeed Internet customers do not yet have access to Brightspeed’s fiber network. And we’re working on it.
